Be responsible for completing project milestone required deliverables:
• Establish Core Team operating mechanisms with assigned program staffing.
• Ensure appropriate level of support is maintained throughout program as the team transfer of production activities.
•Administer the project and drive program deliverables. Track program’s resources and assumptions through execution
• Manage project risks assessment and retirement plans, to ensure business continuity.
• Create, maintain, and execute the design transfer plan
• Support equipment, documents, process, and knowledge transfer to manufacturing site
• Own the P&E related to plant equipment required for new product introduction
• Work with the Engineering and Program team on setting Product level Quality goals
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree within appropriate Engineering/Project Management or other related majors
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project leadership within a manufacturing, development, technical industry or research environment
• Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ’s
• Demonstrated engineering knowledge, program management, and business planning processes, having experience with the full product lifecycle including supply chain and manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, with experience working in cross-cultural and international teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure and Use of Lean Methodologies, 6-sigma DMAIC & DFSS certified
• Experiences in Process Intensive manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience owning production processes / growing capability in yield and quality
• Experience working with global teams
• Solid working knowledge of procedures for GMP and GEHC QMS procedures
• Product and Process Development experience
