About the Role

岗位名称：高级专员，人力发展

岗位职责：

1. 保险营销员面试；

2. 组织实施增员推广活动；

3. 激励及竞赛推动，专项活动；

4. 绩效分析；

5. 增员工具的制作,使用管理；

6. 清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求；

7. 及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险；

8. 参与公司核心人力发展创新项目-聚精英的推动，协助制定中心支公司聚精英项目整体的运作规划和推进举措，协助建立聚精英候选人人才库，强化面谈吸引支持及入司后融入计划推进

9. 确保各项人力发展创新项目保质完成，并提炼发展项目模型和最佳实践，在中心支公司的落地推广

10. 按要求完成其他部门主管分配的工作。

任职要求：

1. 教育程度：大学本科毕业，有业务推广经验

2. 最低工作经验要求：至少5年寿险工作经验

3. 熟练使用MS-Office软件；大学英语四级

4. 具有较强的组织能力，沟通技巧，客户意识，责任心和工作主动性
