Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve production yield for Consumer & ITA.
Reducing scrap and investigating defect issues in our manufacturing flows.
Implementing process improvements to increase throughput.
Support new product introductions for mass production.
Coordinating engineering teams to solve low yield or outlier issues
Performing Wafer data analysis and report trends and limits adjustments.
Optimize manufacturing control plans to minimize defects and improve yields.
Qualifications:
BSEE or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience in new product development and manufacturing of analog semiconductor devices as a Yield, Product or Test Engineer.
Proficient with analyzing electrical circuits and Analog / Digital IC testing
Good understanding of working theory of semiconductor devices and reliability testing
Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills with the ability to proactively solve issues
Strong background in statistical data analysis using statistical tools including Excel, JMP
Familiar with different lab instruments and preferably including ATE testers(s)
Quick learner of new technical skills including new instruments and software
Effective verbal and written communication to interface at all levels within the organization
Team player with a strong sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule
Experience in working with international and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ products - Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point, Copilot, Project.
Design or manufacturing experience on Zener/Transistor/SCR/FET devices is preferred.
Education in microelectronics or semiconductor physics is preferred.
