Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for: 
 

SPECIALIST FINANCE in Accounts Payable team

Type of Employment: Temporary (1 year)
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ensure timely incoming invoice processing in SAP and JDE systems;
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of the AP Account, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
• Corrections and monitoring for G/L entries and supplier data in SAP and JDE system;
• Communication with vendors, business unit colleagues and other Circle K departments;
• Performing periodical closing procedures;
• Participating in various projects based on department needs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;
• Self-motivated, positive, good team player;
• English language skills to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area (can be substituted with good experience in the field);
• Previous experience within accounting or finance;
• Previous experience with accounting systems (JDE and SAP experience will be considered as a plus).
