Job Overview
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be the key player between our clients and our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization. You will drive revenue growth, ensure delivery excellence, and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate all CES-related activities within your account(s), represent the client’s voice internally, and be instrumental in executing strategic goals.
