ROLE

The Workforce Planning Analyst will play a key role in shaping workforce strategy by owning demand and capacity planning for key operational areas. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Leadership to translate complex data and forecasts into clear, actionable workforce plans that drive efficiency and support business growth. You will drive forecasting and planning analyses, influence decision-making through actionable insights, and support the continuous improvement of workforce planning processes and tools.
What Success Looks like in 6-12 months:
You are a trusted workforce planning partner to Operations, influencing key capacity and investment decisions;
Workforce plans are robust, clearly communicated, and consistently used to guide operational and financial outcomes;
Forecast and capacity planning processes are highly accurate, reliable, and aligned across teams.

Operational teams: Customer Service, Partner Service, Customer Operations
