The Packaged App Development Assoc Manager is responsible for working with Account and Sales teams to qualify and support Infrastructure Services sales opportunities. This role plays a critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings.
The Packaged App Development Assoc Manager is required to develop a solution for the infrastructure transformation and operational model, skills and team structure required to support the client’s IT Operations. In today’s technology environment, it is essential that the Packaged App Development Assoc Manager has experience in solutioning support of AWS and Azure cloud platforms and technologies, software-based infrastructure, automation and analytics solutions.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
Respond to RFI/RFPs by designing scalable HR transformation solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors as the core HR platform and SAP Cloud Platform Integration for seamless system integrations.
Develop comprehensive solution plans covering scope, architecture, effort estimates, cost models, timelines, risks, and delivery approach, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors module implementation and CPI-based integration landscapes.
Design end-to-end HR solutions using SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, and Onboarding, integrated with enterprise systems via SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
Drive value creation by leveraging reusable CPI integration assets, pre-packaged SAP content, and standardized SuccessFactors frameworks to deliver cost-effective and scalable solutions
Manage and work with a team of dynamic solution architects and collaborate with other subject matter experts and Advance technology centres to create compelling and differentiated infrastructure solutions and value propositions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the account teams and client stakeholders.
Identify customer needs and understand business goals to envisage the high-level solution.
Drive the solution presentations and discussions.
Strong sense for quality and presentation, ability to work in hierarchical organisation. Conduct and follow through the solution review and approval process; and provide sales support to accomplish the closure.
Lead and mentor a team of CPI developers, and SuccessFactors consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices in integration design, HR process configuration, and solution governance.

Education and Experience:
Degree in Computer Science, Business studies or Engineering discipline with specific studies in Information Technology
10+ years’ experience in IT, including 5+ years as an Architect (Generalist)
Experience with Solution Architecture and IT Project Delivery (mandatory)
Experience with and certified in Cloud Architectures – Azure/AWS/Google (mandatory)
Familiar with Security Architectures and how to govern/guide solutions based on such reference architectures, standards, and policies
Experience in Monitoring, management and automation tools and solutions.
Experience in DevOps CI/CD Tools and Operations.
Experience in one or More Infrastructure service offerings:
Cloud and Datacentre services (mandatory)
Digital Workplace Place (Preferred)
Service Management – ITIL v3 (mandatory)
Managed Security services (Ideal)
TOGAF / ArchiMate Certification or equivalent (ideal)
Experience with execution of Infrastructure outsourcing transition (Ideal)
