What does a Digital & Analytics Part Time Internship offer?

Cat Digital is leading our industry with the utilization of data, analytics, innovation, digital channels and techniques to drive profit, create more efficient revenue growth, unlock new revenue streams, and provide more durable competitive advantages for the business through unexpectedly great experiences for our customers. 

This part time intern role will work with Business Data Analysts for the One Funnel initiative within the Advanced Leads & Insights (ALI) organization. The One Funnel team’s mission is to enhance customer experience and help dealers overcome challenges by identifying the best ways to implement the One Funnel solution, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Program Qualifications – Skills & Experience

  • Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year University/College in a data science or related degree at the time of application and throughout the program 

  • Candidate must have participated in a Caterpillar student program

  • Must have completed 12 credit hours prior to the start of the program 

  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA, no rounding 

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience

  • Previous technical internship, co-op, or research/relevant experience

  • Participation in school clubs or student organizations

  • Demonstrated experience with several of the following: SQL and Snowflake

  • Fields of study include computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering or in a related field

Summary Pay Range:

$25.00 - $43.00

Intern Hour Rate:

An intern's hourly rate is based on the major/degree being pursued and the number of completed academic hours achieved before the start of the internship.
