About the business:

“The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning".

Mission Statement:

Support the Project Management department in the execution of Standard Material spares and Service orders for German & Global Market.

Your responsibility:

  • Support the Project Manager in execution of Standard Spares and other HV service orders, mainly for the German market 

  • Processing of orders as per the standard process workflow

  • Ensure sales orders keyed in SAP and order acknowledgements sent to customer in timely manner.

  • Clarification of open technical points and ensure orders processed on time for execution

  • Full accountability in managing the orders and customers related to the orders 

  • Collaborate with key stake holders to fulfil the orders from customers and meet the Service unit expectations in terms of Cost, Revenue and Quality. 

  • Manage export controls, identify and mitigate risks for the orders executed

  • Close coordination with SCM & Planning for prioritizing the orders.

  • Resolve conflicts proactively and if needed escalate, seek help from Team lead or Management to ensure progress is on track.

Your background:

  • Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 - 5 years relevant experience in Order / Project Management

  • Excellent skills in Speaking, Reading and writing English language, German Basic language is added advantage.

  • Experience working with Order management related tools and processes

  • Hand on experience of working with SAP SD/ PS module.

  • Very good knowledge & experience working with MS office tools

  • Should possess strong communications & negotiation skills to convince customers stakeholders

  • Ability to work under pressure to manage customer expectations.
