Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Change Management: Develop, maintain, and own program change documents. Facilitate the change control process to ensure all changes are documented, approved, and implemented effectively.
Project Coordination: Coordinate the execution of multiple projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources. Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives within a program.
Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain operating mechanisms to ensure smooth program execution and monitoring. Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Task Management: Organize and prioritize project Milestones to ensure efficient workflow and execution. Provide regular updates on project status and progress to stakeholders.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between program managers, project analysts, project teams, and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including change logs, project plans, and status reports.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Requires Bachelor Degree
Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related Field.
Proven experience in project management or a similar role in regulated industry.
Strong understanding of change control processes and documentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Experience in medical device industry.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
