Managerial position

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Working hours: Full time with flexible working hours

Profile: Non-graduating university students only. Must maintain active student status at least through the second semester of 2026, or throughout the internship period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Brand-Consumer and Market Knowledge team in executing strategies and projects.

• Participate in the development of new ideas and techniques under guidance.

• Collaborate effectively within the team to share information, advice, and perspectives.

• Work under direct supervision, following established guidelines and practices.

• Engage in learning opportunities to develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements

Job Qualifications

• Non-graduating engineering students only. Must maintain active student status at least through the second semester of 2026, or throughout the internship period

• Eligible to work in Colombia.

• Live in Bogotá

• Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above)

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

• Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and drive sales and brand growth.
