Main activities:

Responsibilities in development projects:

Define and lead projects roadmap (Evaluate, Plan, Develop, Test, Deploy, Control)

Evaluate if pre-requisites fulfilled automation (standard, digitally structured, repetitive, high volume) and reject or reengineer for pre-requisites.

Document AS-IS process and process flows in MS Visio with business and challenge requirements.

Establish BRD, develop FDD and obtain business approval.

Write program in Visual Basic, JavaScript, Python, low-code, and high-code tools.

Determine measurement based on count of transactions and leading time of manual execution for benefit realization and show results.

Responsibilities in automation maintenance:

Ensure continuity and monitoring of processes with high transaction volume (monthly 100 000+ count of posting) or critical due to automation in compliance activities.

Align schedule to unattended programs with Business and ensure promptness of process execution.

Troubleshooting according to automation criticality

Other responsibilities:

Delegate simple coding activities to Junior Automation Engineers and mentoring, providing feedback to management about the engineers learning method.

Lead cross functional partnership (Digital, Finance Transformation) to align selection of the best practice approach.

Contribute to establish and sustain automation governance framework.

Needed education:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computing, Software Engineering

What you need:

• •    Excellent verbal and written communication in English Solid understanding of automation related programming (SAP Scripting, Visual Basic, JavaScript, Python etc.) and Automation platforms
• •    Good Understanding of SAP FI-CO Modul
• •    2-3 years of professional experience in Automation Engineer, Software Engineer Role
• •    1-2 years of experience in automation/process improvement projects
• •    Project management skills and proactive mentality, because of various development processes
