Lead and Build at the Core of the Enterprise.
Your expertise was forged on the IBM Z platform and you remain endlessly inspired by its evolution and value to the world. You stepped into leadership not to leave the keyboard behind, but to amplify your impact—thriving on guiding a small innovation team by building right alongside them.
This isn't consulting. Your mission is to forge foundational, productized solutions with mainframe at the core for our operations and digital teams to deliver at scale. You'll get hands-on building the critical APIs, developer tools, and data-driven insights our clients depend on. You'll get to build differentiating IP for the world's top MSP.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, business stakeholders, Operations, and external partners to deliver the engineering in line with the overall Product Management vision, roadmap and priorities. You will report directly to the SVP of Products.
As a practitioner-leader, you are fluent in Python, JSON, and REXX, and you see Generative AI as a practical tool to multiply your team's impact. If you are a leader who builds the foundational products that power the enterprise, this is your moment.
