Common Companion

  • Certified Veterinary Technician, license must be current in the state of Georgia
  • 3+ years of prior veterinary experience
  • Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
  • Confidently and comfortably restrain animals
  • Knowledge of surgical prep, monitoring, and recovery
  • Compassionate and caring toward our clients and their pets
  • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Multi-task efficiently
  • Understand the importance of client education
  • Be a positive and supportive team member

We are a group of highly trained, experienced animal lovers who are devoted to giving our patients the best care possible. Common Companion is actively seeking an organized, compassionate, and service-oriented Credentialed Veterinary Technician who is confident in rooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, drawing blood and running bloodwork, experienced in properly handling and restraining animals, knowledge of x-ray and positioning, understands the importance of client education, able to confidently dispense and administer medication prescribed by the veterinarian, and is a positive and supportive team member. The veterinary industry is constantly advancing and we encourage our staff to do the same.
