The role will be part of the Legal and Compliance Team and will focus on privacy program management, regulatory and program monitoring, privacy-by-design, training and awareness, Privacy Champion engagement, privacy assessments, program metrics, effectiveness reviews, and audit-ready documentation.

This position offers the opportunity to help mature a global privacy program in a practical, business-aligned way. The role will strengthen privacy program ownership, monitoring, privacy-by-design, training, Privacy Champion engagement, metrics, effectiveness reviews, documentation, and audit readiness while working closely with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Procurement, HR, Digital, and business teams.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Support day-to-day privacy program management, including intake and triage, recurring activities, planning, monitoring, documentation, governance routines, and follow-up on open privacy matters.
  • Monitor privacy regulatory, program, and business developments; translate relevant changes into program updates, training needs, process improvements, and collaborator actions.
  • Drive privacy-by-design execution across strategic workflows, including digital initiatives, vendor onboarding, business processes, systems, and new initiatives involving personal data.
  • Support privacy training and awareness planning, content development, delivery coordination, and role-based training improvements for global collaborators.
  • Evolve the Privacy Champion program, including agenda, content, engagement, attendance, follow-up, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Administer privacy management tools and maintain data maps, data inventories, privacy registrations, ROPA, transfer documentation, privacy assessments, individual rights requests, complaints, incidents, and transfer impact assessments.
  • Support privacy risk management, practical control implementation, efficiency reviews, remediation and action-plan tracking, audit readiness, findings follow-up, and addressing material gaps or delays that pose a blocking issue.
  • Track privacy tasks, queries, program metrics, maturity indicators, and management-ready summaries to support visibility, prioritization, and program improvement.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in privacy, compliance, audit, information governance, cybersecurity, law, or a related field.
  • Total 8 years plus and minimum of 3 years experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, audit, information security, risk management, or related roles in a global environment.experienceof experience
  • Working knowledge of global privacy requirements, including GDPR, PIPL, U.S. privacy laws, data subject rights, records of processing, transfers, and vendor privacy considerations.
  • Experience supporting privacy program activities
  • Strong process management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate interested parties, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
  • Clear communicator who can translate privacy requirements and program priorities into practical business actions, training, summaries, and collaborator materials.
  • Experience with OneTrust, or similar privacy, workflow, collaboration, or compliance tracking tools.
  • Self-directed, organized, responsive, and comfortable owning program routines and improving privacy program maturity over time.
