About the Job:
The Franchise Development Lead is responsible for leading franchise development through new store growth across Canada and drives impact across the Taco Bell business through partnerships with Franchisees. This position will partner with Franchisees for market planning, site sourcing, site selection, design, building permitting, and construction guidance. They will utilize internal and external partners, including brokers, developers, brand planning, brand design, real estate, and operations to maximize growth opportunities in multiple markets. With this role, the possibilities are endless to drive expansion strategies, cultivate strong partnerships, and shape the future of our brand. The Franchise Development Lead will report to the Director of Strategic Growth.

Salary Range: $107,800 to $139,810 CAD annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
