Mercer Indonesia is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Jakarta office :

Client Support Services –Technician (Reinsurance Treaty Claim)

We will count on you to:

·       Entry claim process from email according to type of claim process; Monitoring timeframe and response from/to the clients & reinsurers

·       Review claims advices from clients; billings according to departmental procedures.

·       Attend to queries from clients, reinsurers, and related parties.

·       Assist in the resolution of claims issues.

·       Processing Reinsurance Claims includes, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claim eligibility, determining coverage parameters, and calculating appropriate claim settlements.

·       Ensure procedures and documentation are in compliance with Guy Carpenter Professional Standards

·       Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you need to have :

·       University Degree or equivalent experience

·       3 to 5 years of experience in processing claims in a reinsurance environment.

·       Prior experience in the Reinsurance industry, with specific experience of Treaty Reinsurance highly desirable

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Excellent Microsoft suite skills

·       Fluent in English
