2020 Companies is now hiring a remote District Lead representing Chromebook!

Pay: $25/hr + Quarterly Incentive

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and empower a team of Chromebook Sales Specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.

  • Develop and implement district-level strategies, aligning them with the Chromebook Program's overarching vision and optimizing program impact within your assigned District.

  • Coach and mentor your Sales Specialists, helping them reach their full potential and build high-performing teams that effectively support retailers and customers.

  • Champion innovative uses of Chromebooks in retail, driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions and experiences that enhance the customer experience.

  • Analyze district data, including sales achievement, customer satisfaction, and program training, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.

  • Build strong relationships with local retail teams and district leadership, tailoring program offerings and support to specific needs and trends.

  • Visit retail locations within the assigned District.

  • Conduct on-site training sessions for staff on Chromebook product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand messaging.

  • Coach and mentor store teams to improve Chromebook product recommendations.

  • Collaborate with store managers in retail locations to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.

  • Analyze store sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Possess extensive leadership experience in retail, ideally focusing on technology sales.

  • Have a proven track record of improving sales outcomes through training and driving program effectiveness.

  • Excel at strategic thinking and execution, translating vision into actionable district-level strategies.

  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with diverse stakeholders in the retail landscape.

  • Are a data-driven sales leader, analyzing insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize program impact.

  • Have a deep understanding of the retail landscape, business trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Have experience managing multiple teams or districts within the retail sector.

  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of different retailers within your assigned district.

  • Possesses experience with professional development and training programs for the retail landscape.
