Specialist Technical Project Management
The Opportunity

Together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centres.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to own the strategic direction, reliability, and scalability of our end-to-end clinical platform ecosystem. This ecosystem — spanning data capture, trial data management and monitoring, analysis & reporting, and regulatory submission systems — directly enables clinical pipeline operations and the delivery of therapies to patients.
You will serve as the point of accountability for ecosystem health, driving proactive reliability, cross-platform risk management, and scalable sustainment capabilities. You will balance short-term operational needs with long-term platform evolution, ensuring the ecosystem is always ready to support regulatory milestones without disruption.
What will you do
Define and maintain a unified sustainment roadmap across all clinical platform components
- Evolve CPS from reactive incident response to predictive, data-driven reliability management
- Provide stakeholder updates with consolidated views of ecosystem health, risks, and investment needs
- Work with the business to identify business value for our initiatives and determine the best way to measure that our solutions achieve the targeted business value
What should you have
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related experience
