Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business disruption.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within complex software environments.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
