You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, focusing on maintaining, developing, and optimizing BI infrastructure to ensure data integrity and efficient reporting environments. In this role, you will design reporting solutions and business process architectures to enable scalable business intelligence and analytics delivery.
You will also be responsible for SharePoint management, including page creation, structure maintenance, and ensuring seamless document organization and accessibility. You will work with stakeholders to design integrated data and automation solutions, improving workflows and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
What are we looking for? • 5–8 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting-focused roles
• Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data structures, data modeling, and BI architecture
• Experience with SharePoint management (page creation, structuring, permissions)
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Query, and exposure to Alteryx; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is an advantage
• Experience with R/Python for data transformation and automation; knowledge of Dataverse and Power Automate is beneficial
• Ability to design integrated automation solutions across tools and systems
• Strong analytical mindset with high comfort working with large datasets
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx advanced workflows)
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms and reporting ecosystems
• Knowledge of governance, documentation, and data quality best practices
• Familiarity with dashboard optimization and performance tuning
• Experience contributing to process improvement or automation initiatives across reporting functions
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Maintain, develop, and optimize BI infrastructure to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency
• Design and implement scalable reporting solutions and business process architectures
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions using BI and ETL tools
• Manage SharePoint environment including page creation, structuring, permissions, and document organization
• Design integrated automation solutions connecting multiple tools to streamline workflows
• Work with data structures, pipelines, and models to support analytics and reporting needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements
• Establish strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes, reporting efficiency, and automation
