Essential Job Duties:

• Support the M365 and SharePoint development team with a focus learning new technologies in order to support our staff by assisting in solving application issues.

• Manage requests for assistance with both standard and custom applications
• Triage support tickets and solve or assign them to a developer.
• Maintain a knowledge base related to the support of various applications.
• Be able to interact with staff via phone, video or email to troubleshoot and determine the level of support required.
• Review information and maintain expertise in the various technologies supported provide superior service levels.

Requirements/Essential Skills:

• Influencer\Collaborator – able to develop effective relationships and credibility with local team members and other related departments to solve difficult problems.

• Learner- Acquiring new skills in order to support our developers and staff and advancing your career

Required Criteria

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience or certification in related technology
• Familiar with Microsoft technologies particularly M365, Teams and Sharepoint is a plus
• Great communication skills essential. Comfortable with using Zoom or Teams

$63,000-$90,500/Annual
