Job Description​

BJC/Saint Luke’s Health is hiring a Regional Practice Manager to provide operational leadership for multiple clinics within the SLPG Primary Care Operations team.
Job Overview
The Regional Practice Manager oversees the business and clinical operations for a designated region or group of Community Care clinics. This role leads an operations management team consisting of Nurse Managers and Site Leads, supporting a workforce of over 50 providers and their associated clinical and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct day-to-day business and clinical functions for multiple practice locations.
  • Leadership: Supervise a management team of Nurse Managers and Site Leads to ensure staffing and clinical goals are met.
  • Financial Oversight: Independently develop, monitor, and manage practice budgets and financial performance.
  • Strategic Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in financial outcomes, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure all practices comply with organizational governance, safety regulations, and risk management standards.

  • Strong background in financial management and organizational governance.
  • Proficiency in patient care systems and quality management
