🏥 What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, skin care, toileting, etc.)
• Assist patients with mobility, exercise, and therapy activities under the direction of an RN and according to the care plan
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress and overall well-being
• Support with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and medication self-administration
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Offer genuine companionship and encouragement, making each visit meaningful
