How will you contribute to our magical experience?  

The Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and continuously improving the infrastructure technology that enables content production and distribution across LATAM. The role oversees servers, storage, virtualization, networking, security, cloud platforms, encoding, and production systems, including Media Asset Management (MAM), transcoders, data movers, graphics engines, and editing platforms.

The Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering will be responsible for: 

  • Lead and develop a blended team of full-time employees and contractors across a range of skill levels and experience.
  • Lead production infrastructure support for sports and thematic businesses, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence.
  • Drive the planning, design, and implementation of medium and large scale infrastructure initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams within Tech and Ops to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
  • Own continuous improvement and scalability of solutions across multiple geographies and use cases.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, effort estimates, and timelines.
  • Partner with BRM, Portfolio, and Finance teams on capital planning and forecasting, including estimates, dependencies, business value/justification, alignment, and prioritization.
  • Oversee the reliable operation of mission-critical infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Own the infrastructure and production technology stack across server/storage, networking, cloud, virtualization, production systems, and encoding/IPTV platforms, including architecture, implementation, migrations, maintenance, operational support, and security reviews.
  • Serve as the Infrastructure liaison for Software Engineering Services, providing platforms and operational support for application deployment.
