We are seeking a Senior Product Designer II to join the Financial Monitoring & Discovery Discovery team, a mission-driven group dedicated to making financial progress possible for everyone by accelerating product growth and engagement. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategically designing high-impact experiences focused on member activation, retention, and business growth across our ecosystem of financial products and services.
As a Senior-level designer, you will be a leader on the team, setting a high bar for craft, and driving design strategy within the growth domain. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, analytics, and data science partners to create intuitive, impactful, and scalable experiences that empower people to make confident financial decisions. You should be a maker, not afraid to take on complex challenges that lead to paradigm-shifting ideas, and thrive in ambiguity as a creative systems thinker. You’ll be part of a design team dedicated to creating game-changing user experiences that help power prosperity for our customers.

Credit Karma’s mission of championing financial progress for all starts from within. That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $198,000 - $221,000, plus equity and benefits.
