As an Operations Manager, you will oversee M-KOPA’s retail outlets, ensuring high operational standards across security, shop management, and daily operations. You will manage stock processes, including daily inventory counts, FIFO practices, and stock allocation. A key part of your role will be to ensure the timely repair of phones by working with third-party repair partners. You will also focus on developing Retail Team Leaders, ensuring they are empowered to perform their roles independently.
You will be at the forefront of ensuring our retail outlets operate smoothly, with an emphasis on top-notch security, operational standards, and excellent customer service. The role is deeply tied to our core values of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You will take charge of stock management, oversee efficient stock allocation, and ensure a seamless phone repair process for our customers. Expertise
We expect you to be comfortable working as part of a team that manages the full spectrum of retail operations, including overseeing security, shop management, stock control, and customer service processes. You will be responsible for ensuring all M-KOPA retail outlets adhere to high standards, manage inventory efficiently, and maintain top-notch customer service.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and have a strong background in retail management, stock processes, and team leadership, you will excel in this role. We are looking for expertise in retail operations management, including security protocols, shop maintenance, and staff oversight. A solid understanding of stock management systems and practices, with experience in FIFO, inventory counts, and stock allocation via technology, will be essential. You should also have experience in team development and leadership, particularly in a retail or customer service setting, as well as the ability to coordinate with third-party partners to ensure smooth operations, especially around phone repair processes. Finally, excellent reporting skills are required to track performance and meet key performance indicators.
