Your role

Supporting the Trainee Recruitment Marketing Lead and the Trainee Recruitment Coordinator with the organisation and execution of approximately 60 upcoming Milkround events (campus recruitment workshops, presentations and fairs). Responsibilities would include the creation of name badges, packing and sending materials to events, booking couriers, finding volunteers, processing invoices, updating diary invites, booking travel, and coordinating dietary requirements.

The Trainee Recruitment team are a dynamic, innovative and supportive team that work closely together to hire the best talent from the widest possible pool. The team hires up to 100x trainees per annum, and run Vacation Schemes and development programmes throughout the year.
