Job Description:

• Medical Background or have experience in Claim Analysis

  Claim System and claim best practice knowledge

  Excel, Word, Power Point Skill

  Reporting and problem solving Skill.

• Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• 3 years’ Experience in Claim Analyst

  Medical background or have experience worked in a medical-related institution is preferred.

  Having an Insurance Industry Certificate is an advantage (PAMJAKI, AMAI, etc.)

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Process Claim with appropriate her/ his authority, monitoring claim submission and able to work with team member
• Performing escalation of claim / complain as needed.
• Coordinate with investigator team for high risk / abusive claim cases.
• Coordinate with reinsurer for case above CAL
