You provide software and applications expertise, and be responsible for implementation of the solutions.

How you will contribute

You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

Objective:

Drive Digital agenda for better, more efficient Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function that meets business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Better forecast accuracy & process efficiency

• One Number culture & process
• Financial forecast accuracy KPIs
• Automated P&L monetization, sensitivity scenarios

Driver based forecasting & further efficiency gains

• System managed O&Rs and transparent drivers
• Integrated Overheads and A&C planning

Data driven insights & scenario-based forecasting

• Integrated planning, incl. trademarks valuation, etc.
• Prescriptive analytics, scenario modelling
• Self-service access to data
• Scaling up SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) capabilities
• Support S/4 / o9 planning and implementation

Competences and Experience:

• Several years of working experience in FP&A and deep knowledge of processes
• Advanced experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence and visualization technologies
• Project Management
• Strong influencing skills and excellent communications skills
• Excellent multicultural expertise
• Ability to act as consultant, partnering with business in implementation transformation initiatives
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI is welcomed

Education / Certifications:

University degree, preferably in Finance and/or IT
