How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsibilities
● Guide resources of the project engineering management group to
complete their assignments in accordance with overall objectives of
project engineering management;
● Provide assistance to Project Engineers to solve problems occurring
during project execution;
● Overview project progress and report on project situation, main issues,
and risks;
● Support the development, improvement and implementation of working
procedures, tools and best practices in relation with project engineering
management, and insure their implementation;
● Propose, organize or conduct training courses in relationship with Project
engineering management;
● Define project engineering management group members mission and
objectives, review and report on their performance;
● Monitor the proper induction of new employees within project engineering
management group with respect to Project engineering management
competency;
● Establish, update and follow up the implementation of the training plan
for project engineering management group members.
Working with global on the project engineering management topics: procedure update or review/improvement project.
Key Performance Indicators
● Projects recognized turnover & gross margin;
● Accuracy of the workload forecast in Project engineering management
● Group workload
● Project on time delivery
● NCR close time
● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering) required
● At least 10 years of working experience, with experience in related field:
Project Management or Project engineering management;
● Good team management skills and communication skills;
● Fluent in English, good at computer operation.
WORK CONDITIONS:
