What this role is all about

As a Collections Team Lead at Infobip, you’ll oversee our Order-to-Cash team’s collection activities, ensuring smooth financial flows, guiding and mentoring your team, and driving process improvements. You’ll play a critical role in safeguarding revenue, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating across global departments to support business growth. What you’ll do:

• Leading and mentoring a team of Collections Specialists, setting priorities, providing guidance, and fostering continuous development. 
• Overseeing collection activities to ensure timely payments across a large client portfolio. 
• Managing escalated cases, complex disputes, and high-value accounts, while ensuring professional and effective client communication. 
• Monitoring and reporting on collection performance, doubtful debt, write-offs, and LPC calculations. 
• Driving efficiency by leveraging tools like Salesforce and Tesorio to optimize workflows and reporting. 
• Collaborating with Finance, Sales, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth end-to-end processes. 
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to strengthen revenue assurance. 
• You’ll take ownership of the collections function, shaping its success and impact across the company. 
• You’ll have the opportunity to coach and develop a high-performing team.

What makes you a strong fit:

• Advanced English skills (written and spoken). 
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in collections, billing, or receivables management, with at least 2 year in a supervisory or team lead role. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with tools like Salesforce. 
• A results-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands-on problem solving.
