T-Mobile is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two senior leaders within the Government Affairs organization: the VP of Legislative Affairs and the VP of State Regulatory and External Affairs.

  • Manage complex, frequently shifting calendars for two VPs, including scheduling internal meetings, external stakeholder engagements, and travel
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely manner
  • Screen and prioritize communications, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation as appropriate
  • Serve as a liaison between the VPs and internal teams, external partners, and government stakeholders
  • Track departmental budgets and monitor spend against approved allocations for both VP portfolios
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor contracts in coordination with Finance
  • Support annual budget planning cycles by compiling historical spend data and forecasting inputs
  • Plan and execute department events including All Hands meetings, stakeholder briefings, town halls, and team building activities 
  • Manage all logistics: venue sourcing, catering, AV setup, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up
  • Maintain event calendars and track RSVPs, materials, and action items
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires within the Government Affairs team, including equipment requests, system access, orientation scheduling, and first-day coordination
  • Maintain accurate org charts, distribution lists, and team rosters

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting VP-level or above in a corporate or government affairs environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executives and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting
  • Strong event planning and logistics coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

Base Pay Range: $27.33 - $49.29

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
