Position Purpose:

Responsible for implementing change initiatives related to business processes and technologies, developing change strategies and plans including stakeholder impact assessment, communication strategies, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, training gap analysis, capability transfer, identify, monitor and report success metrics and enable an optimal end-user experience.

  • Provides oversight and consultation on the design and deployment of training and change management strategies.

  • Develops and implement strategies and processes to enable the implementation of significant organizational changes

  • Ensures all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed according to Centene standards

  • Drives the planning, analysis, development, and implementation to provide a clear, measurable, and coordinated approach to change management and communication strategies

  • Creates a team environment of accountability and success and analyzes impact assessments to align requests to releases

  • Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching

  • Shares knowledge and develop staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices

  • Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Master's Degree preferred

Technical Skills:

  • One or more of the following skills are desired.

  • Experience with Project Management

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Agile Management; Data Migration; Software Configuration Management Systems (Generic)

  • Change Management Specialist, CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), or Prosci Change Management Certification preferred

Pay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
