About the Job
The Agency Manager - Grocery Accounts is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of business plans across key grocery retail accounts (Ahold, Publix, Meijer) and broker partnerships (East and West regions) for Gold Bond products. This role drives revenue growth, strengthens customer relationships, and ensures optimal product placement and promotional execution across the grocery channel.

Main Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that deliver planned revenue targets and maximize utilization of Gold Bond products across assigned grocery accounts
Lead negotiations with key grocery retailers (Ahold, Publix, Meijer) on pricing, promotions, shelf placement, and distribution expansion
Manage broker relationships (East and West regions) to ensure alignment with Gold Bond commercial objectives and brand strategies
Conduct regular business reviews with accounts and brokers to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges
Sales Performance & Growth
Drive sales optimization through strategic initiatives, promotional planning, and category management
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
Develop and execute joint business plans with retail partners that align with their strategic priorities and Gold Bond objectives
Monitor and report on account performance metrics, including sales, distribution, market share, and promotional ROI
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Provide guidance and support to agency managers and field teams working with assigned accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing to ensure seamless execution
Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive business results
Lead by example in demonstrating Sanofi's values and commitment to excellence
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned grocery accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail headquarters and broker organizations
Ensure exceptional customer experience through responsive communication, problem-solving, and value-added partnership
Represent Gold Bond at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows as needed
About You
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles within consumer goods, preferably in the grocery/retail channel
2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity
Proven track record of managing major retail accounts and delivering revenue growth

Up to 30-40% travel to customer headquarters, broker offices, and retail locations
