Inventory Associate, Warehouse

Location: Erlanger, KY, USA - 2825 Crescent Springs Pike

Shift: Tuesday and Wednesday - 8am-6:30pm, Thursday and Friday - 2pm-12:30am. Shift subject to change based on need of the warehouse. OT mandatory if required. *There may be some flexibility allowed in schedule.

Full time, permanent

Compensation - $23/hr

Benefit eligible. Bonus plan. Signing bonus.

Our warehouse is looking for dynamic and motivated inventory associate. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complies with all applicable FDA, GmHA regulatory mandates and RxCrossroads procedures.

  • Monitors inventory transactions to ensure accurate receipt and order entry.  Resolve inventory variances based off of customer correspondence.  Monitors all inventory levels and resolve as required.

  • Manages physical inventory verifications based off of customer requests throughout the year, and provides end of year inventory to all customers.

  • Maintains quarantine inventory and monitors all quarantined product on hold; collaborate with Quality Assurance to manage market withdraws and recalls.

  • Resolves inventory discrepancies (shortages, damages, and product disposition.)

  • Manages and produces documentation to support customer requests to remove units for destruction.  This includes receiving units into the system, creating outbound order, and providing customer with final manifest proving product was picked up and destroyed.

  • Manages order entry functions to ensure orders are placed in a timely manner according to weekly internal routes, as well as overseas shipments with a third party carrier.

  • Executes pick and ship confirmations, and daily ensure all departing orders have been confirmed pick and ship.

  • Sets up new items in inventory system(s).

  • Creates Purchase Order for inventory replenishment.

  • Makes frequent contact with all departments including warehouse personnel. Frequent client contact.

  • Will interact with other employees, supervisor, and manager.  Some external contact with couriers.

  • Maintains multiple Excel and Word documents provided to various departments for billing purposes and to account for tracking and trending of inventory per customer.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires 1+ years of related experience

Additional Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.; must possess the ability to correctly input data

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, SAP and other software is preferred

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal correspondence skills

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

  • Ability to partner with different departments, team members, and external clients

  • Strong organization, attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment

  • Desire to learn and grow within position and organization

  • Open to coaching and feedback

Physical Demands:

  • This is an office/administrative position. Sitting, repetitive motion.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$16.19 - $26.98
