Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Demonstrated proficiency and sustained experience in marine systems, offshore operations, or DP technology.
Strong understanding of DP principles, thruster control, and vessel automation.
Proven experience in product management or technical leadership roles.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with DP software, sensors, and integration with propulsion systems.
Knowledge of offshore energy markets (oil & gas, renewables).
Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
Knowledge of the disciplines and inter-relationship between product management and supply chain, engineering/technology & related functions, costing systems, financial reporting measures
Good knowledge of Cyber security (IEC 62443, NIST etc..)
Strategically aware, coupled with tactical implementation experience. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and explain critical issues. Six sigma/lean awareness is preferred.
Experience of operating in a matrix environment with strong relationship-building capability, able to work effectively across functions.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of influencing and driving a strategic agenda. Strong oral & written communication skills. A great communicator at all levels of a business.
