Program Management responsibilities can include, but not limited to:

  • Represent the project to its governing authority and other management as requested
  • Ensure regular information flow to all areas and members of the project team
  • Provide status reports to program/project partners
  • Create and maintain a detailed project timeline in collaboration with team members
  • Deliver projects within the timeline that has been formally approved Improve projects with initiative • Identify, document, and respond to risk with mitigation, contingency, or other risk response plans
  • Call out risks and issues to the appropriate level and formality for resolution • Perform problem solving at the individual, team, or leadership level
  • Contribute/Co–Lead problem solving efforts by providing guidance for effective and timely resolution. Manage project scope and change
  • Ensure project requirements are captured, documented, and formally approved
  • Turn data into action by providing schedule or resource impacts as appropriate and to evaluate the completeness and quality of project deliverables Integration and Negotiation to enhance the business
  • You will provide resources support and work closely with project teams for programs and projects
  • Deliver the projects outcome to the functional organizations to execute process delivered
  • Deep understanding of timelines and system environments across projects and programs
  • Operate in a shared resource environment, including Micron direct and consulting resources
  • Observe current portfolio and company priorities
  • Participate, as required, as a member of the program leadership group

Process Management responsibilities can include, but not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex business processes and/or plans, perform and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Promote a process driven organization and drive positive change through process discipline, alignment, and governance
  • Act as the process subject matter expert, support projects and project managers in all phases of projects
  • Develop strategic process solutions through collaboration with partners
  • Mentor and instruct others on process methodology and best-known methods
  • Utilize proven methodologies to assess process disconnects and continuously improve
  • Identify and assess process, organizational structure, and business strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with peer groups across Micron and the Supply Chain, maintaining alignment on best known methods and coordination between initiatives
  • Propose and implement methods to monitor and measure the health and effectiveness of existing business processes and to measure the effectiveness of business process improvements
  • Challenge assumptions to develop sustainable and scalable process solutions
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional forums, meetings, and activities that drive engagement and alignment across the process partner teams

Change Management responsibilities can include, but not limited to:

  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans
  • Work closely with sponsors and project teams to integrate change management activities and strategy into the project plan and support the execution of plans by employee- facing managers and business leaders.
