Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Service Operations

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end quotation process for spare parts and service contracts, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with regional business objectives.
  • Govern contract lifecycle management, including timely CRM booking upon receipt of customer Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring robust internal tracking and compliance.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues and disputes, driving resolution through cross-functional coordination while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure data governance and system integrity across customer, contract, and transactional databases to support operational excellence and reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee billing operations, including invoice and credit note generation, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and financial controls.
  • Partner with HQ Logistics and internal stakeholders to optimize order fulfillment processes and improve service delivery to distributors and customers.
  • Drive operational visibility by reviewing and analyzing weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead administrative and operational support functions, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and continuous process improvement.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization, automation, and enhanced customer experience.

Logistics

  • Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, including distribution, transportation, and delivery of finished goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Manage goods receiving operations by coordinating effectively with international manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and freight providers to ensure seamless and timely product flow.
  • Take full ownership of logistics and supply chain operations to ensure product availability meets customer demand while optimizing overall costs.
  • Partner closely with HQ planning teams to drive effective parts planning across SEA, including demand analysis and usage forecasting aligned with regional requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of logistics and distribution service providers (3PL/4PL), driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives when required.
  • Act as the key escalation point for logistics-related customer delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication on parts availability.
  • Develop and implement regional logistics strategies, policies, and guidelines for both Finished Goods and Service Spare Parts to enhance operational consistency and scalability.
  • Drive cost control initiatives, including minimizing parts-related expenses, reducing waste, and continuously improving operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regional customs clearance requirements across SEA (including India and Australia), mitigating risks and delays.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant work experience.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistic and supply chain management or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong analytical skills, Process-oriented .
  • Excellent communication skills, interfacing and convincing on all levels.
  • Pro-active.
  • MS Office advanced.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP system (or similar ERP system).
  • Fluent in English & Chinese [both oral and written].
