Responsibility/ Trách nhiệm:

• Báo kỷ thuật thay khuôn “ ITEM “ cần lên chuyền -> Mở máy
• Kiểm tra nhiệt độ máy ổn định -> Test máy
• Kiểm tra sản phẩm đầu tiên ( so với SOP , Hàng mẫu …. )
• Đưa sản phẩm đầu tiên cho cán bộ xác nhận xem đúng chưa .
• Kiểm tra tình trạng máy móc , ghi chép vào biểu an toàn & bảo dưỡng máy móc mỗi ngày
• Thực hiện đúng PPE ( Đeo kính bảo hộ , nút chống ồn, giầy bảo hộ, đồng phục công ty..... )
• Vệ Sinh 5S , khi bàn giao phải vệ sinh khu vực & giao cho người kế tiếp vào ca
• Ghi báo biểu trung trực ( đúng thời gian 1 tiếng 1 lần , đúng sản lượng , …......... )
• Những công đọan hoàn thành phải điền số thẻ nhân viên hoàn thành công đoạn đó vào chế trình
• Nhập sản lượng trung thực , làm bao nhiêu nhập bấy nhiêu
• Đạt sản lượng & chất lượng tiêu chuẩn công ty đề ra.

(Sản lượng & chất lượng của mỗi đơn vị tiêu chuẩn khác nhau đối với nhân viên mới )

• Tuần thứ nhất : thử việc
• Tuần thứ 2 : sản lượng đạt 70% ~ 80%
• Tuần thứ 3 : sản lượng đạt 90% ~ 100%
