Job Description

ACCESS & VALUE TRAINEE

 

We are looking for an Access & Value Trainee to join our team, who will focus patient access to innovative therapies.

He/she will have the opportunity to join a multinational company and develop knowledge in market access, pricing, health economics and outcomes research.

Operationally, will support the development of reimbursement dossiers and additional documentation (clinical added value, pricing, economic value) for health authorities and payers.

 

In this role the incumbent will be responsible for:

·       Support the development of pricing and reimbursement strategies that will ensure competitive positioning of our drugs, throughout their whole lifecycle.

·       Identifying data gaps and support the execution of the necessary projects on outcome research to support therapeutic areas during its lifecycle.

·       Support developing value propositions (clinic and economic) in the designated therapeutic areas.

·       Supporting economic models local adaptation and development of customer and target-oriented access models.

·       Understanding and using several sorts of information, such as medical, epidemiological and economic.

·       Promoting cross-functional collaboration, ensuring Access value integration into brand team priorities.

·       Collaborating closely with local and international colleagues from Corporate Affairs, Account Access, Pricing, Outcomes Research, Regulatory, Marketing, Medical, Market Research and Finance, to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordination on local actions and data collection.

·       Benchmarking, sharing best practices and interacting efficiently with colleagues

 

Education & Experience

·       University degree (pharmacist, master in sciences, or similar)
