The CFO is responsible for providing outsourced CFO-level services and support to a portfolio of clients. Their focus is to align clients’ financial operations and provide effective analysis and reporting to assist clients to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
• Lead monthly financial review meetings with client to review and interpret financial results and offer insights into clients’ businesses. Provide value by identifying opportunities and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
• Provide customized metrics and reporting, analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insight to clients.
• Coordinate with accounting operations team on service delivery; provide oversight of accounting services to ensure quality and timeliness
• Serve as thought leader and coach to accounting leaders, leading change management process and establishing the RKL Virtual Team as collaborative and customer focused
• Partner with client leadership on operational and strategic issues, provide recommendations based on financial analysis and projection, cost allocation and revenue/expense analysis and profit optimization
• Leverage technology to drive service delivery

Education, Experience and Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Active CPA license preferred
• Proven project management skills and team development experience
• 7+ years’ progressive accounting experience required
• Strong US GAAP technical accounting knowledge with demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in the application of accounting standards
• Strong critical thinking abilities with an analytical and project management mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple project
Work Responsibilities

Essential Functions
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client offices to access file cabinets, office machinery etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external actors as needed
• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to travel to local and non-local clients as needed, overnight travel may be required

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $110,000
