About the team:
The team delivers analytical solutions supporting Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance by providing comprehensive reporting and monitoring. Utilizing advanced data management, integration, and visualization techniques, they transform complex data into actionable insights. Collaborating across business domains, the team ensures data quality and alignment with strategic objectives. Their efforts enable informed decision-making and operational excellence, driving continuous improvement through innovative approaches and rigorous analysis within a dynamic, data-driven environment. This team plays a critical role in maintaining data governance, strategy, and quality to support business intelligence and project management initiatives.
What you'll do:

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data strategy into actionable governance and quality initiatives.
• Monitor and assess data quality, leading remediation efforts to maintain accuracy and reliability of data assets.
• Manage master data and metadata standards, ensuring consistency and integrity across systems.
• Identify and recommend data sources that align with business requirements and support analytical needs.
• Educate teams on data governance policies, promoting adherence and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing data processes and driving enhancements aligned with enterprise strategy.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data strategy principles.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply data policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Experience managing master data, metadata, and data quality frameworks within complex business environments.
• Strong skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and translating business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement data governance initiatives.
• Ability to assess data sources, perform quality checks, and support data-driven decision-making aligned with enterprise strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
