Corporate Mobility Analyst

Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most.

Responsible for supporting and enabling critical Mobility processes by executing key operational tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of Mobility operations by managing reporting, insights, and operational controls while collaborating closely with the DL MU Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Execution Support

  • Carry out basic mobility support activities including:

    • Assisting with Cross Border Agreement documentation and routing

    • Supporting batch entries for Travel Start/End Dates and assignment closures

    • Facilitating traveler registration and de-registration in relevant systems

    • Preparing and organizing Power of Attorney documents

    • Supporting stealth travel case logging and coordination tasks

    • Assisting in billing documentation preparation (as guided)

Data Entry & Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date mobility-related data in tracking systems and spreadsheets.

  • Support data gathering and validation activities for mobility reports and internal reviews.

  • Flag inconsistencies or missing information to senior team members.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist in organizing compliance records and filing documentation.

  • Follow operational checklists to ensure required compliance steps are completed.

  • Support basic controls and routine documentation reviews.

Team & Coordination Support

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.) to gather required information for cases.

  • Assist in tracking escalations or queries and route them to the appropriate team members.

  • Support ad hoc requests from the MU Operations team related to process flow, tools, or documentation.

Continuous Learning & Process Familiarity

  • Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to build understanding of mobility processes.

  • Document work activities and update standard operating procedures as needed.

Identify minor areas for improvement or streamlining within assigned tasks.

Must have

  • Strong attention to detail and basic analytical ability.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures effectively.

  • Eagerness to develop operational and process skills.

The person in this role will need strong skills and experience in:

  • Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level

  • Considerable experience of delivering brand, marketing and communications projects in global organizations

  • Outstanding communication skills
