Strategic Technology Portfolio Leader

The Opportunity:

Identify warfighter use cases and align technologies) for defense industry customers across the Maritime Ground Market (MGM), Defense Tech Group (DTG), and Booz Allen Ventures portfolios. Leverage senior-level leadership and extensive industrial base and community partnerships for shaping Booz Allen’s defense tech brand across the DTG, MGM, and Ventures ecosystems. Manage key stakeholder relationships and engage in building and advancing strategic partnerships with customers and industry partners. Leverage business development and functional expertise to build addressable market and increased technical solutions development work. Drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, customer assessments, and strategic planning efforts in support of expanding specific customer-based opportunity portfolios and pipeline. Lead opportunity identification through shaping and capture phases, working across MGM, DTG, and Ventures teams. Leverage industrial base insights as necessary to support complex negotiations with industry partners to build teams in support of large procurements. Serve as a key member of the capture team for complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending customers’ requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and building a cost-competitive industry team that can deliver customer impact through a winning bid. 

You Have:

-10+ years of experience with multi-discipline business leadership for the Federal sector 

-Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with customers and industry partners

-Experience in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies

-Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

-TS/SCI clearance 

-Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $185,700.00 to $345,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
