In this role, you act as the Regional Key User for Performance Marketing for Eastern Europe within the Business Transformation and beyond, maintaining close collaboration with local marketing teams and the brands to assess implementation status and align optimization actions across the region. We are looking for a candidate who actively embraces change as a key driver of success and supports it through strong engagement to ensure organizational readiness.
Your Main Responsibilities as Regional Performance Marketing Key User within the Sales & Service Region Eastern Europe as part of the KION Group:
Propose and execute marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the local Marketing responsible, the Eastern European E-Commerce team as well as with the brands
Actively shape the future Performance Marketing toolchain in close collaboration with the Global Key User and fellow Regional Key Users
Serve as the regional single point of contact for Performance Marketing updates, act as an active subject matter expert in related project teams, participate in UAT activities and support the regional roll‑in of Performance Marketing projects
Own the confirmation of local Performance Marketing roles and manage enrolment, onboarding and regular training of local end users on Performance Marketing topics
Participate in and contribute to Performance Marketing Train‑the‑Trainer sessions
Manage the Performance Marketing incident process by resolving tickets directly or coordinating the escalation process
Coordinate the regional change request process in close alignment with the Key User community
Prepare and deliver dedicated Performance Marketing reports
The following skills and competencies are required for this position:
You have a university or business school degree or equivalent practical experiences in IT, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field
Strong communication skills combined with the ability to lead and influence across functions and hierarchies
High motivation and enthusiasm for developing Performance Marketing processes, tools, organizational structures and campaigns within the Eastern European network
Sound knowledge of Performance Marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce) in a B2B environment, as well as a good understanding of ERP, CRM and MS Office applications
Ability to analyze, describe and continuously improve business processes
Proven capability to work effectively in a complex, diverse environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with local Key Users and IT, including the ability to analyze and interpret business information
High cultural awareness and the ability to adapt to country-specific requirements
Ability to manage complex situations and multiple information sources simultaneously
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Strong written and spoken English skills are essential
Being able to speak additional languages e.g. German, French, Slavic, or other languages spoken in EMEA are an advantage
