The Opportunity:
The Marketing Manager, Recruitment Partner Segment, is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the Recruitment Partner (RP) segment at ApplyBoard. This role focuses on the management and delivery of individual programs, including loyalty programs, co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and flagship projects targeting our recruitment partner base. The successful candidate will report to the Partner Segment Lead but will be based in India, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
What You'll Do Every Day:
Develop and Manage RP Segment Strategy
Create and execute a comprehensive strategy to promote and engage recruitment partners.
Oversee the prioritization and promotion of recruitment partners through available channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Program Management and Delivery
Manage and deliver individual programs such as loyalty programs, co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and flagship projects.
Ensure the effective execution of these programs to drive engagement and adoption among recruitment partners.
GTM Strategy and Execution
Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to the recruitment partner segment.
Collaborate closely with Sales and priority partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
Innovate and adapt marketing tactics to meet the evolving needs of the segment.
Campaign Management and Optimization
Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing traditional and digital channels.
Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as a key interface between Marketing, Sales, and priority partners to drive segment strategy and execution.
Work with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Market Research and Insights
Understand market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for innovation.
Develop a learning agenda to continuously improve brand and customer metrics through experimentation and insights.
Recruitment Partner Portfolio Management
Manage the recruitment partner portfolio and oversee GTM activities to create greater engagement.
Drive increased applications, programs, schools, and geographic reach through effective portfolio management.
What you bring to the table:
Marketing Experience
5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on segment strategy and program management.
Experience in promoting educational institutions or related sectors is highly desirable.
Educational Background
Degree qualified in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Strategic and Creative Thinker
Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
Creative problem-solver who can inspire and motivate teams.
Analytical and Commercially Oriented
Highly analytical with a focus on business impact.
Experience in measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Organizational Skills
Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Communication Skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
