Capital GMC Buick Cadillac is seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first face our customers see and the first voice they hear, you play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service experience our dealership is known for.
This position is more than answering phones it’s about creating welcoming first impressions, supporting multiple departments, and ensuring our operations run smoothly every single day.
As our Receptionist, you will be the central communication hub of the dealership while providing administrative support across departments.
Greet all visitors to the dealership and ensure they are directed promptly and professionally to the appropriate person or department
Manage the main switchboard and direct calls in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner
Track demo usage, license plate checkouts and returns, gas cards, and other sales-related items
Assist with entering keys into our Vehicle Management System when new units arrive
Support dealer transfers by ensuring all required documents and items are prepared and organized
Receive and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and packages
Coordinate outgoing parcels and ensure Purolator shipments are processed accurately and on time
Provide general administrative support as required
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
A well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external clients
Detail-oriented mindset with pride in producing quality work
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
