About This Role

                                                                                                         

As a Product Manager, you will contribute to the evolution of CAE’s Flight Operations Solutions platform, focusing on delivering value through our Flight Plan Manager tool for airline operations and dispatch teams. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, QA, delivery, and customer‑facing groups—to design and deliver solutions that address operational challenges and align with CAE’s mission to optimize airline operations globally.

What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

  • Translate customer insights and operational pain points into clear business and functional requirements.

  • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning; write user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Support discovery activities such as interviews, demos, and data analysis to validate problem statements.

  • Collaborate with SCRUM teams to design and deliver functionality that adds measurable value for airline operations.

  • Prepare and run internal/external demos; capture feedback and convert it into actionable backlog items.

  • Maintain feature documentation and contribute to release notes.

Location

  • Kraków, Poland - we operate a hybrid working approach.

  • Travel requirement: Approximately 20% (domestic and international) for customer workshops and industry events.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to distill complex or ambiguous information into actionable requirements.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration across cultures and time zones.

  • Familiarity with agile development practices and SCRUM ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data integration between multiple products.

  • Knowledge of ATC coordination or airline operational processes.

  • Exposure to agile tools and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Airline Flight Operations or Business Analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross‑functional teams and deliver results.

  • Full professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience writing functional specifications and acceptance tests.

  • Dispatch and/or Pilot license.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Aeronautical Science, or related field.

Visa/Work Authorization Requirements

  • Must have legal authorization to work in Poland.

Pay Range

Base salary range: PLN 15,414–19,267 gross per month
