The Opportunity
The Medical & Clinical Affairs Manager provides strategic, operational, and governance leadership for Medical Affairs and Clinical Research across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech (JJM) Surgery portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
The role ensures medical and clinical compliance across all Surgery activities, supports pre‑market and post‑market surveillance including Medical Incident Reports (MIRs), and supports the safe and effective adoption of JJM Surgery technologies through clinician education and evidence‑based scientific exchange.
The role holds medical accountability for clinical research activities, with execution supported through appropriate delivery structures. The position represents the ANZ medical voice, directing medical strategy aligned to commercial objectives and supporting product launches and in‑market performance through KOL engagement, advisory boards, and execution of evidence generation and data dissemination strategies, always advocating for patient safety and improved clinical outcomes.
